The most popular special steamed green tea among Takumi's limited fresh teas! !
Uses tea leaves produced by the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System "Chagusaba Farming Method".

We carefully select "Yabukita varieties" that are carefully picked in good weather in Makinohara, Shizuoka, and pack them with freshly picked tea leaves that have a rich flavor.

We carefully select and manufacture tea leaves that have a particularly strong umami and a high degree of sweetness when steamed.
Fine tea leaves. Please note that it is not the shape of a well-shaped tea leaf.

By all means, please cool the tea carefully, then slowly pour hot water over the tea leaves and brew it with a darker green color.

[Recommended way to put]

Amount of tea leaves: 2 and a half teaspoons about 6g 400ml extraction

Hot water temperature: around 80℃

Extraction time: around 30 seconds

Point: Our tea is strongly steamed and powdery. We recommend brewing in a teapot with nets or a pot with a filter.

長く使っていた急須が割れてしまい、同じ常滑焼の急須を探していました。帯網の急須を初めて使いましたが、しっかりとお茶の味が出て、大変美味しく淹れることができて嬉しいです。

お茶の苦味がうまみ

お茶ソフトを初めて食べた時に虜になりました。
まろやかだけでなく、苦味がちゃんとあるところが好きです。
