Accepting and feeling work experience
We always value "smile", "greeting" and "cleaning".
The other day, I accepted a job experience from a junior high school student.
First of all, let's cherish "smile", "greeting" and "cleaning"! I was able to learn with
After finishing it, I felt that I learned more from my students than I did from them.
Because everyone is really working hard,
And it made me realize that each of them has their own personality.
When adults try to teach something to children, they often just tell them in words,
I tend to look at it from above.
But if you really want to convey the other person's feelings,
I thought it was important to have a dialogue from the same point of view.
That night, I went home and asked my daughter (3 years old) to read a book to me.
When I search for a book I haven't read yet
There was a picture book called "Kuma no Kocho Sensei" . (Links to Amazon.)
It was a book that my wife said was impressed, so when I read it with my daughter,
I was so moved and surprised that I couldn't read it out loud...
I hope you can read the contents.
The difficulty of thinking from the other person's feelings, the difficulty of communicating,
And the importance of thinking about the other person from the heart and continuing to convey it.
The importance of losing and realizing and courage.
I am grateful to my students and books for making me feel humbly and sincerely that I should learn more.
