I'm back in Yokohama! I visited Kagoshima's production areas and conducted tastings every day. This year, we were able to purchase high-quality tea leaves from producers who are pleased with our customers.

In the case of tea that has a high degree of perfection in the state of "aracha", fine powder and stems are sorted, but there are also cases where it is sold in almost "aracha" after being pasteurized. (At our farm, we usually sell unrefined tea. This is because we can sell high-quality tea leaves at a low price.
