This is our best deep steamed green tea.

Mogami deep-steamed green tea "Zuiho" is the best tea with the softest leaves and rich flavor.
The appropriate temperature for the hot water is around 75℃, and the tea extracted from the soft tea leaves has a rich sweetness and rich flavor. This is the best green tea where you can enjoy the aroma of new buds in your mouth.

It will be produced in small quantities every year.

We have carefully selected the ``Yabukita variety'', which is produced outdoors in Kakegawa and Kikugawa, Shizuoka Prefecture, where the leaves are grown in good weather, and are packed with tea leaves that allow you to enjoy the rich flavor of freshly picked tea.

The fact that we are able to manufacture tea leaves carefully selected every year is thanks to the hard work and cooperation of our producers who take advantage of the characteristics of the region where they are grown.
This year as well, we will be able to deliver tea leaves that have been lovingly grown in nature by wonderful producers.
Please allow the tea to cool carefully, then slowly pour hot water over the tea leaves to brew a dark green tea, and enjoy the rich flavor of deep-steamed green tea, which is full of the power of nature.

If you don't have a teapot or pot, or if you don't want to use tools, we recommend a tea drip filter. It is a convenient item that anyone can easily use by simply attaching it to a teacup or mug. (1 bag contains 12 pieces)

[Recommended method]

Amount of tea leaves: 2 and a half teaspoons approximately 7g

Hot water temperature: around 75℃

Extraction time: around 40 seconds

Point: Our tea produces powdery tea that is strongly steamed. We recommend brewing in a teapot that has a stain all over it or a pot with a filter.
This is the best sencha that you can enjoy until the third time.
