It's my own negligence to not update even though I have a blog and HP...

 

Our company also has 2 stores, so it's almost 3 months.

What I feel most strongly about opening the Sakuras store is

It means that the result of valuing our customers for 30 years is now being expressed.

If I open a store from zero and operate in the same way, I don't think I will be able to make customers happy like I am now.

I would like to express my gratitude to my parents, who have worked so hard, the employees who have supported me, and the many customers who have supported me.



What we must do now is

“It is about having a passion and working hard every day to let people know about Shunpo Tea Garden from scratch.”

It's not difficult, but every day, we continue to seriously think about what makes our customers truly happy and carry it out.

And I think what I have to do is to look firmly at the vision for the next 5 or 10 years, and then work backwards from there to clarify what needs to be done now.

This was taught to me at a study session (Seiwa Juku) that I participated in yesterday.

This is a study group for business owners that I have been participating in since March of last year. By the way, I always receive strict guidance (laughs).
