I'm going to write a column for Roko Yokohama! !

I got a good match in the middle of June,
I decided to write a column about tea using a smartphone app called "Atokoro Yokohama"!
https://atloco.jp/

I will happily write about the heart of tea and harmony!

Below is the first content!
"Atokoro Yokohama"
The first "chaberi column"

My name is Takanori Goto of Shunpo Chaen, a Japanese tea specialty store in Totsuka, Yokohama. Our company will celebrate its 38th anniversary in October this year. Originally from a producer in Shizuoka, I have been involved in the tea industry for about 100 years, and I am the fourth generation.

Our ambition is to spread delicious Japanese tea to the world and to spread the beautiful Japanese spirit to the world through tea.
Through this column, I will convey the wonderfulness of tea in an easy-to-understand manner, so please continue to support me.

The other day, ice water tea was featured on NHK's "Tameshite Gatten". Ice water tea has almost no caffeine and contains a lot of catechin, which boosts immunity, and is sweet and delicious! ! It was introduced, and after the broadcast, I was chased by the customers of the ice water tea!

The method of brewing tea with iced water, which was explained on TV, is to use the usual teapot or pot and add 7 or 8g of tea leaves and brew with iced water for 5 minutes.

So, why is it sweet when served with iced water?
This is because the ingredients that dissolve in tea change greatly depending on the temperature of the water.

It is often said, "Let the water cool before drinking tea, and then lower the temperature of the water slightly." because it is less soluble.

That's why ice water tea is "sweet!"
Ice water tea is a calorie-free, caffeine-free, and sugar-free sweet drink!
Why don't you try it once?

May good relationships spread through tea...
