Up until now, we have provided information about the procurement process at the production area in our catalogs, but this year, we have provided as much detail as possible about the situation at the production area.

And the weather conditions of the year also make a big difference in quality. As customers say, the way tea is made differs depending on the production area, and even if the production area is the same, the quality is different. increase. This limited new tea reservation is for such customers. We believe that it is important for you to try new teas from various production areas that are different every year and taste them at a special price first, so that you can experience the situation of this year's tea.
Next, regarding the handing over, the tea leaves are picked, steamed, kneaded, and dried. After that, the tea leaves are tasted and carefully selected. Higher-priced tea leaves have softer leaf quality at the beginning of picking, and the amount of tea leaves that can be harvested is small. This will make the tea leaves bigger and you will be able to take more quantity, but they will become hard and the umami will fade.
We want everyone to be able to drink new tea as soon as possible, but it takes time to make good quality new tea. So, I think it's best to separate high-grade teas as soon as possible, and tea bags and other items that require more time later. It takes time to create a safe and delicious taste.
