I'm coming to Shizuoka Kakegawa!
We toured the tea plantations around Makinohara, Kikugawa, Kakegawa, and Mori, checked the growing conditions, and tasted the unrefined tea.

We cannot control the weather.

Wonderful producers think about how to pluck under various conditions to produce the best Aracha. 
My job is to carefully select and refine the quality of tea that will please our customers! !
Tea leaves that are picked earlier are softer and the price is higher because the quantity is smaller. It can also be said that the rarity is high.
And as the tea leaves grow every day with the blessings of the sun, the quality of the leaves becomes firmer, the tea leaves grow larger, and the quantity increases, but the price goes down little by little.
The important point is
I think it's whether or not you're doing "the best picking method and working hard every day to aim for the best finishing method". 
"It's not about what you can or can't do, but what you want to do and what you can do!!"
I don't know what the result will be.
But the most important thing is to do your best now! !
Because today is today and tomorrow will never be the same.
"Today's best picking and finishing method is not tomorrow's best" is the difficulty of tea, and it is a wonderful charm! !
