When I was looking at various Instagrams, there were many people taking photos of tea leaves and brewed tea, and there were photos that looked very delicious, and photos of various teas were uploaded, so I thought I would try it too. I started with yesterday's introduction blog of "Kagayaki"!

This time, I took a picture of the limited tea "Haku no Hana"! "Haku no Hana" is a tea made by adding gold leaf from Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture to the most popular sencha "Hitotoki". It's hard to tell from the photo, but the gold leaf is shining inside the tea leaves! !

It is the state of tea leaves with hot water. The gold leaf spreads far and wide! !

I took this picture with the tea strainer in place, but the filter on the tea strainer I'm using is so fine that even the gold leaf has been scooped out.

It's too wasteful

If you use a more normal tea strainer, the mesh is coarser, so the gold leaf floats cleanly.

Therefore, we recommend using a small amount of tea leaves and using a pot or teapot with a coarse filter that allows the gold leaf to float on the tea! !

I tasted this tea after the shoot, and the intense umami and glittering gold gave me peace of mind after 21:00!

Well, Japanese tea is really delicious!
